We offer free standard shipping on every order within the United States. No minimum purchase required — whether you're buying a single collar or a complete walking bundle, shipping is on us.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Three Beags Pet Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at info@3beags.com.
If your package is lost, damaged, or arrives with incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a full refund.
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We're working on expanding to international markets and will update this policy when that becomes available.
