Return & Refund Policy

We want you and your dog to love every purchase from Three Beags Pet Co.. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• In the original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by your order number

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at info@3beags.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return
2. We'll send you a return authorization and return instructions within 1-2 business days
3. Package your items securely and ship them to: 14500 Colfax Ave Ste 276, Lakewood, CO 80401
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges within the 30-day return window. Email us with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange, and we'll guide you through the process.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund — your choice.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Used dog waste bags
• Used water bottles
• Items with visible wear or damage from use

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items. In those cases, we'll cover return shipping costs.
